What happens when you contact Rerank.

This privacy notice covers the application form and its technical records.

Controller and contact

The controller is Yan Dobromyslov, Portugal. To ask about your data or exercise a right, email info@naturalseoservices.com.

What the form collects

The form collects your name, email address, website, what you write about what you sell, and your monthly budget. It also processes anti-abuse and delivery data such as the submission source, Turnstile result, timestamps, request identifiers, and technical event metadata.

Do not submit passwords, credentials, customer records, health or financial information, or other sensitive information. The form is intended for ordinary business enquiries.

Why it is used

The information is used only to assess and answer a voluntary business enquiry. It is also used to maintain the integrity of the submission and diagnose delivery or abuse problems. The legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who choose to contact Rerank and protecting the form from abuse. The information is not reused for marketing or added to a mailing list.

Recipients and processing

  • Local storage and Proton Drive keep the form record in a private local SQLite database and end-to-end encrypted backup copies in Proton Drive.
  • Cloudflare provides the Turnstile anti-abuse check and site delivery infrastructure.
  • Google delivers your application to the operator's mailbox and an acknowledgement to your submitted email address that uses your submitted name in the message. It also hosts later correspondence.

These providers may process information internationally. Where information leaves the European Economic Area, processing is protected through the provider's applicable adequacy mechanism, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention

  • The local form record is deleted from active storage 12 months from submission.
  • Technical event metadata is deleted from active storage after 30 days.

Deleted form records and technical event metadata can remain in restricted disaster-recovery backups for approximately 15 days at the current twice-daily cadence, with a 30-day maximum; these copies are not used for ordinary operations.

Google delivers the acknowledgement and minimal operator notification and stores those messages and any later correspondence without a fixed automatic mailbox-deletion schedule. That correspondence is handled separately from the form record.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Portugal's data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados. A request may require enough information to verify that the data concerns you.
